Most product leaders focus on features. I focus on the full system. My work connects how data flows across platforms, how global teams stay aligned, and how compliance requirements shape the way products are designed and delivered. In every project I've led, building a solid data foundation has been just as important as improving the user experience.

What I Focus On
Data Products and Engineering
I work at the point where product strategy meets data infrastructure. I understand complex data ecosystems across AWS S3, Databricks Delta Lake, Snowflake, and Unity Catalog. I manage data governance, SLAs, and ingestion patterns that make business data more reliable and usable.
Compliance and Security
I've led projects under strict regulation, including payment tokenization and safety compliance at scale. I treat compliance as part of the product itself, not a separate task. It gets built in from the start, not reviewed at the end.
Full Product Lifecycle
I've managed products from concept to launch for both SaaS and physical hardware. That includes design, manufacturing, market rollout, and continuous iteration after release.
Global Team Operations
I've managed distributed teams working across multiple time zones. Keeping progress steady means having clear systems, consistent communication, and early agreement on what success looks like.

Product Manager / Project Manager
Leading modernization of enterprise software systems for large, regulated clients. I oversee high-security payment systems, manage cloud-based data pipelines, and coordinate distributed teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Growth Stage Consumer Brand (2019–2022)
General Manager / Program Manager
Scaled revenue and launched a modular product line that received multiple international design awards. I built and managed the full product operations workflow, from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and retail placement.
